The hotel is very close to termini station. this makes access to trains and buses easy. staff members were very friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance when needed.

poor air conditioning early entry
The air conditioning was lacking and quite noisy. my room faced the street, so nighttime was a struggle with constant car horns and garbage trucks collecting bottles at 3 am. i had to leave the window open due to the poor ac. It was nothing more than a fan. also, i questioned why cleaning staff entered the room at 10:00 am on checkout day, when checkout wasn't until 11:00 am. was it a lack of coordination?

the location is across from the train station. police near the terminal made it safe to walk at night.
the bathroom was rather small. i found no shampoo for the shower, only a very small soap on the sink.

convenient location useful storage easy transport
The location was convenient. It was very close to transport hubs. I found the luggage storage useful after checking out and waiting for my flight. The breakfast room allowed me access while I waited.
The air conditioning unit, it was difficult to manage, but I wasnt staying long for it to be a problem.
